ABOUT ME

My goal is to create a coaching and counseling space offering both traditional and faith-based guidance for individuals, couples, men, and families ready to grow, heal, and move forward.

I’m a Certified Professional Life Coach through Transformation Academy, with over 10 years of mentoring and counseling experience through faith-based and community organizations, along with 3+ years supporting children and families as a Site Coordinator with Communities In Schools of Atlanta.

 


MY BACKGROUND

I’m a Certified Professional Life Coach through Transformation Academy and a certified Mental Health First Aider through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, trained to recognize signs of mental health and substance-use challenges and connect people with appropriate professional support. I bring over 10 years of mentoring and counseling experience through faith-based organizations, along with 3+ years supporting children and families as a Site Coordinator with Communities In Schools of Atlanta.
